Booking Conditions

• When you book we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the rental price by Eurocheque. This payment remains with the landlord.

• The final payment should be made cash when the keys and apartment are handed over.

• We do not refund money for any reason.
  We recommend an insurance policy that covers any eventual problems resulting in an interruption of the original booking.
  

Prices
The prices are depending on the actual season price list and can be requested at the hostess directly. If you are booking several apartments, parties of more then five and families with children can negotiate the price individually with the hostess.

• Included in the price are all extra charges (water, electricity).

• If the central heating is needed, it will be charged separately according to the meter.

• There is no cleaning charge at the end of your stay, we therefore ask you to clean the house at the end of your stay.

• Usualy towels and bed linen are not provided, but they are available on request.

• Children under 3 years are free of charge.

 

Low-priced
holidays can be booked with us in wintertime between November and the beginning of March. During these months, the area of Cinque Terre is almost free from tourists. Only around Christmas and New Year's Day there will be season's bustle as usual, but then you will find mostly insiders who prefer to spend their holidays out in the country in peace and quiet. At this time of year, you have the best view of the sea, and from the Tuscan semicircle island - Elba, Giglio, Capraia, Monte Cristo - you may see Corsica, and even the snow-covered Maritime Alps of the French Coast. From January on, the mimosas are in bloom. You will enjoy the bright yellow colour of the lemons and the oranges shining from the trees. When the sun is shining - and this may be quite often at this time of year - it is simply a dream, and quite often you may be able to walk around the hiking trails without your jacket on, and enjoy your lunch on the house's terrace in the open air.
