Fifteen years ago Brigitte learned to “make wine” in a small vineyard at the Cinque Terre. Her wine
tastings are like a walk through the wineglasses of the Cinque Terre and the
boarding D.O.C.-areas of the south part of Liguria. Since 10 years Brigitte is a
member of the wine testing commission for D.O.C. – wines at the Industrial
Trade Chamber of La Spezia. If interested wine seminars can be held for 10 – 15 participants. It is possible to
try the wines from all the famous Italian wine regions.
You can organize wine tastings during your stay on short term notice with
Brigitte directly on the spot if there are at least 10 interested people among
the guest. If you apply in good time wine seminars can be held or famouse
wine-grounding estates can be visited.
After a proper wine tasting and some technical wine knowledge fun and enjoyment are also important for
Brigitte and Antonio. Antonio takes care of the journey through the ligurian cuisine, and prepares native specialities.
